Hello??? what hair did you use? Looks great!
Girl, if you don't come back here and give us the name of that hair! You are not too new to be roughed up![]()
You did a great job! Did you just cornrow straight back? How many strands of hair did you put on each row? More specifically I mean, did you use a pattern such as 2-6-8? I'm asking b/c it looks like you used the right amount of hair. When I put mine in, I used waaaaaay to much hair!
Hahaha!!!my bad ya'll. I was in class. The hair is freetress water wave bulk hair in 1b and 2. Don't rough me up please!! Lol.
MzShoulda is safe again!!!! thanks for sharing!!!!

I used two packs of freetress water wave which was JUST barely enough. I would have been happier if I had maybe five or six more strands to fill in the top a little more. I did corn rows straight back. 14 braids, 7 on each side with the part down the middle. The first 2 I don't think I put any hair on them. I know for sure the first 2 were empty. Starting with the 3rd braid I put 3 I think. Then 5, then 7 and then 9 and I just filled on on the middle four. I was more just by the look of it. I kept stopping to see if I liked the way it was turning out and I filled in accordingly. I hope that helps.
What do you mean? You crochet'd 3 hairs on the third braid, then 5 etc?
And the first 2 braids has NO hair crochet'd in?
I don't even think crochet'd is a word.![]()
Lol. If it's not a word, I won't tell nobody. But as for your question, I used a youtube video by a youtube user named toy's voice. She probably explains it better with a visual than I can with words alone. But if you take one of the "coils" that the hair comes in, you can break it up into 3, maybe 4 smaller "strands". So when I say 3 on the 3rd braid, I mean I took one coil and split it into 3 smaller ones. And yes, the first 2 braids had no hair crochet'd on them. I think putting hair on the first two would make the sides too thick and you might end up looking like a lion or something. Lol.
She's lucky. I had her on my internal clock
Beautiful hair MzShoulda!
what video did you watch (i havent read the thread) its beautiful, I want to do it
