Buying Wigs

Are you the type of person who is unashamed and just tries on a wig in the shop. Or do u just hold up the hair, still in the packet by your head to get an idea and wait till u get home to put it on?

Oh no, I try on wigs all the time just for fun or if I'm looking for a new one. Sometimes I will meet other women at the wig shop and we would be in the mirror exchanging wigs and having a ball.

I always try it on in the shop. I don't have money to waste on a non-returnable wig if I happen to not like it.

I don't try on wigs in the store. There is no need for me. I can look at it and tell if it will look good on me. It's weird really but I like all of my wigs and I have box loads.

I try them on especially if I came in wearing one & my hair is already cornrowed. The beauty shops & wig shops in my area have sittting areas & mirrors so you can get comfortable while you try them on. Sometimes I look up & I have lost an hour in the wig shop lol.

I have no shame. Snatch off the one i have on and then try on others to see how they fit and if it looks good.

I try mine on in the shop. I ask for a wig cap and go to town! I hate "wiggy" looking wigs so trying them on is a must. I prefer my wigs to look like a weave or to look natural. I want a wig with bangs, but its hard to find one that doesnt make you look like Samantha from Charles in Charge, they are always obvious and extra sheeny, so I gotta try them out....no Charles in Charge wigs for me lol!

I am the same way. It's funny. The wigs that I don't like are actually ones that I tried on in the store. I think when you try on a wig at the store the people that work there will usually say that it looks good on you and will talk you into buying it even if it looks a mess. My favorite half wig is one that I did not try on. I saw it on another customer's head and knew that it was the one for me.

I have to try them on if it's a full wig. Once you buy it, most stores won't let you return it once you've taken it out of the package. If it's a half wig it doesn't matter.

I usually buy more than one at a time, so I have to try them on in the store. The wigs never look the same on the mannequin heads, websites, the pic on the package or me.
