Could I cowash, use a reconstructor, then do a deep conditioner? Or is that way too much conditioner to use? I ask because I don't want build up. I apologize in advance if that question has been asked a million times before.

I have cowashed using a clarifying conditioner (V05 kiwi clarifying), then I mixed my Aphogee 2 minute reconstructor with a moisterizing conditioner, and DC with them under a bonnet dryer. Then once I rinsed, and added a leave-in conditioner. I don't think its to much, as long as you have a protein/moisture balance amongst them. But I don't use shampoo at all. HTH :yep:

This is my weekly Regimen exactly. I don't have product build-up.:nono:

I will use a clarifier every 6-8 weeks.:yep:

I used to do this twice a week so I see no harm in doing this. But I mixed my reconstructor with my moisturizing dc to make it easier.

^^^^^^^
IA with everything all the Ladies have said.:yep:

Especially if you don't use alot of products with Cones or you're not using alot of products for daily moisturizing you shouldn't experience much build-up.

When/If you do....Clarify.:yep:
