KIKI
These are micro Senegalese Twist which are not curly on the ends like kinky twist the ends are twisted all the way down then a little is left straight. I figure I can do different hair styles and awesome buns.

I am not sure how long it takes yet...My hair is a little longer than shoulder length so they have to braid down a bit further. I am going to go into the shop and see if I like he place and check out thier work first before I fork over cash...Question for ladies who have had the micro twist what kind of hair did you use synthetic or human? How did the ends turn out?

i do those on my own head when i need a break. it's synthetic hair, usually kanekalon. i just can't figure out how to make them straight on the ends. i burn them or curl them with hot water.

i am currently rocking this style!!! i am transitioning and about BSL. I used synthetic hair and it took about five hours for my install. HHG!

Those twists are freaking amazing!

Most braiders I know just dip the ends into hot water unbraided and without rollers.

I have them right now and LOVE them!!!

I have micro's lower back length but I've had them bigger and didn't like them as much...they didn't last as long and I could not do as much with them...just too much hair!!!

This style is pretty for the summer however depending on how hot it gets where you live you will want to keep them pinned up! I live in St. Louis and can get really humid here and I've been keep mine pinned up and it hasn't really gotten HOT yet! It's already hot and then you have long braids hanging on/down your back....LOL

I think you will LOVE them!!!! and there are so many thingS you can do with them! Also i think the longer the better...gives you the ability to do more styles! :yep:

To keep the ends straight, just dip in hot water....not rollers, etc.
