Sometimes us ladies who are transitioning as well as the mothers who are having issues with their child's hair ( not sure if you want to relax) need some encouragement. We need to be reminded that our hair is beautiful. This is by far the best video I've seen on natural hair. Her hair is waistlength.
 
Her hair is gorgeous!!!!! I love mother's who take the time to learn and take care of their child's natural textured hair. This is exactly what I picture myself doing in the future:yep:

Exactly. I've also made a vow never to relax my children's hair. Whenever they get older they can make that decision but by then I hope I will have convinced them!!!
 
Amazing. It does make me look forward to having a daughter (if I do!). Love love love it!
 
Aw, that was too cute! I want a daughter! (One day.... :look: ) I think it's nice that she clarified that her DD was not mixed and her father was in fact African. I wish more people could see this vid and realize that afro textured hair can be long and beautiful if you learn how to take care of it.
