Thanks- She's been growing her dreads since 1990. I think I've told the story about how I absolutely hate it when she started them-love em now. I trim about 1 1/2 inches once a year when I see her. We only started trimming it about 6 yrs ago I think

Thanks. Yes I did blow dry before hot comb-forgot to mention on my OP
No Im not particularly recommending the hot comb. She doesn't live in a big city, no blacks around so no BSSs available. We were pleasantly suprised that Argos carried one at all.-Now the finishing serum by Beverly Hills, I do recommend for pressing.

my last relaxer was in Mar 2003. best decision I ever made. No structured regimen really.
I wash and condition with various products. I wear my hair in a bun during the week at work, and wear out on the weekends.
I blow dry, then press with a hot comb and then a maxiglide. I use the Beverly Hills spray (link in OP). I press about once every 3 months.

Rabs77, I couldn't click fast enough to get into this thread when I saw it. Love your brother and mom's locs and your gorgeous mane, so I was anxious to see your sister's hair and I see hair health and fullness runs in the family. (Well, I'm giving your niece time 
but I do have to say she gives me cavities more than all y'all with her sweet li'l face, so that's one nil for the baby!
