Bamboo pills/vitamins?

Is anyone taking bamboo pills? I have heard/read in the past that they are excellent for hair growth. If so what has your recent experience been?:scratchch

You read my mind because I was wondering about bamboo extract last night. I think Reniece uses bamboo extract, if I am correct.

Bamboo has the highest concentration of silica when compared to supplements such as Horsetail or regular Biosil.

There is a thread on it somewhere by an old member called Den1 whom got good growth with it. I think her new screen name is godsno1girl? :scratchch
