well three of my girlsfriends have ear or shoulder length hair, relaxed and unhealthy and have boyfriends. I am BSB/BSL and single. so...i dunno! If only long hair really made it that easy lol

I'm not BSL yet but I would hate to think that any future BF was with me due to the length of my hair, ugh. :nono:

LMAO, I see women with fried jacked up hair all the time and plenty have men, multiple even.
I don't think those two go hand in hand.

Dang you guys are swinging this in a different direct, I'm SL and have a bf, I'm not all stating that BSL = automatic get a man. :lachen:

I thought it was a general concession that most men were attracted to longer hair, I say BSL b/c I think that’s the length considered long on this board. However I’m aware other factors exist in getting/keeping men but when I think about it, I don’t know of a woman who has that much hair that is still single, unless of course it’s by choice.

Here’s a few links were this idea is discussed. Just an all for nothing curiosity;

Literally billions of long and short haired women all over the world are married
And billions are single
Hair length really doesn't relate to dateability

All of the women my age with husbands buy their hair from the BSS. PS, the hair they buy is actually plastic. Extra shiny, midback length, plastic.

Maybe you should had put this thread in another section, but anyway. I notice that when I wear my hair down I get more attention. It reminds me of the attention a overweight person would get if they lost alot of weight. Me personally would rather meet a guy on a "off day" then all doll up with my hair down because that is how I'm usually am at most of the time. Superficial men get on my nervous and I want someone who won't tell me 50 times a day "I like it when you wear your down, you should do that more often".

I am bsl and still single and not by choice. Actually, men do love women who have longish hair that grows from their scalp.

I protective style alot so maybe they don't love buns quite as much lol!!!

This summer when my hair is all one length and mbl I'll wear it down and see if I can get some male callers.

I've had boyfriends rockin' a short Halle Berry and I've had boyfriends with SL hair (longest I've been, sorry).

I think it depends on the person inside and other beauty the person may possess outside, such as a nice figure or pretty face. The hair is just the "icing on the cake" so to speak. I believe that healthy, well groomed hair at ANY length looks attractive.

the title of this thread made me laugh....i know i have said this before, but LHCF is pure comedy!!!!!

Ok, ok ladies. I thought this would be an all for nothing fun spirited thread but I see I overshot that theory. :lachen:

I wasn't suggesting that short-haired woman couldn't get married and didn't want to be offensive. :)

LOL you know how it is up in "huurrrr" lol

But I never really seen it like that around my way. Only because where I am from most girls don't have "long hair" (LHCF Standards). Its not the norm round here. If guys around here only went for the long hair girls...99.9% of them would be single :lachen:

I dunno if this relates but I do get less attention when my hair is in a twistout bun, but when its blown out (partial mbl) straight EVERY DUDE wants to holla.

It is the same when you lose weight. I lost over 100 pounds and the attention I receive now is ridiculous, because I'm the same person, just lighter and the same person when bunned vs. straight...Its superficial and dumb.

I guess men like long hair...
