Zinc supplements

Ladies, do any of you know of a good zinc supplement to take preferably in liquid form. I don't mind ordering overseas if this is the case, hell I've done it with my biotin.

I've never taken a liquid zinc supplement but I love the liquid formulas by Buried Treasures. They typically have combination formulas instead of individual supplements. My calcium blend has 15mg of zinc in it . It also has calcium, vitamin d, iodine,magnesium,selenium,manganese,chormium,potassium, boron and silica (only 75mg of silica by the way). It's a tasty chocolate mint flavor.

I used to take that stuff. And tasty it wasn't, that stuff was nasty as hell! erplexed
