Oh okay i lied! but I'm trying figure out what are some of the best Horse-herb(Sillica),B-Complex,Iron and Boition is out there!
and Gnc STUFF ONLY works for my nails havnt seen much far and growth

I use Biotin and Silica from Vitamine Shoppe.
(it's the store brand and so far so good.)
