Hi Ladies:
I have a TWA and I wear a instant weave. I take several vitimins which I will post later. I add Trace Mineral Drops by The Vitamin Shop to my water. I was taking ConcenTrace Mineral Drops. Vitamin shop is a little cheaper. I cowash every 3 days with. Suave Professionals humectant conditioner most of the time. Sometimes I use MNT conditioner. I oil the scalp with BT. Anyway last Sunday I was at my Mom's house sitting on her sofa and she was sitting on the arm of the sofa talking to me. I said somethig about washing my hair she said you should not wash your hair too much "they say". I told her i don't use shampoo. I user conditioner. Then she touched it and was like. Oh My
It is so thick. I remember when my hair was this thick. It looks like wool. 
I just thought I would post that. Now i have to go off to work.
Where is my clip on hair ?????
