I use Suave Professionals Extreme Strength Shampoo for Weak or Damaged Hair. It's based on the Redken Extreme line. It has proteins and ceramide in it for strength. My hair always feels good and strong after I use this.

I do one lather with this once a week. Followed up with a lather of a moisturizing shampoo.
