You Wash once a week or more or less

Hi ladies I saw your thread about washing once a week I was wondering those of you that do rollersets and wrap your hair or basically wear it straight for the week what do you put on your end's? I don't think no one actually said what they put on there end's

I wash my hair every two weeks and press it out straight. During the week I use Qhemet Biologics Amla and Olive heavy cream on my hair end extra on ends, then I seal it w/ castor oil on the ends only. Sometimes I use wgo. The castor oil has really helped prevent split ends. I love the heavy cream because it dosen't revert my press.
