YHWH has spoken

I was listening to a Crystal Lewis song called Only Fools.

There's this line in the song that goes "You have spoken, I have listened"

Adonai revealed to me in a deeper scope what this meant.

Don't know who this will help but I felt led to post it.


You have SPOKEN(Declared, speak, watched over, commanded, formed, created, decreed). I must listen(bow down, obey, walk, believe, trust, do)

You have SPOKEN and I have listened

You have SPOKEN and I will LISTEN

I'm sure it helps others but it has certainly helped me and is helping me. God has given me clear instructions and assured me that certain things were about to unfold-restoration and recompense. Some of things He asks are unusual but yet will I trust Him because I know what I heard and not only have I heard, but I will also listen (which means more than lip service-I will speak when He tells me to, fall silent when told to do so, sit when told to do so, and run when told to do so).

This indeed relevant to my situation. Sometimes God moves you to share things and you may get discouraged when nobody responds so I wanted to make sure that I responded to confirm for you that you were supposed to share this in this forum. God bless!

Thank you. I honestly admit at first I was a little wounded. But then I realized. It doesn't matter if anyone responds or not. I will just do as He command. It will do what He wants it to do.

Luthiengirlie, I am glad that you weren't discouraged, but I felt I should respond because I know what it's like to be convinced that you heard from God and when He tells you to do something and then.....nothing. Then sometimes you start to question, did I hear what I thought I heard and that can be discouraging because you get so excited to do what He tells you and then get no response.

I just wanted to encourage you that you do hear HIM and yes, that was HIS voice.

i can understand because there was a situation where i THOUGHT i heard His voice and I didn't and i was hurt and it made me cautious to step out on faith again concerning that

He wasn't say anything but I got so wrapped up in what I wanted and then looked for confirmation so that I could further convince myself what I thought was from God but was really from me.

But, yes, this time it was Him. In fact, yesterday in my notes I wrote YAH and YAHWEH so that should be even further confirmation for you (and also likewise confirmation for me). He used the same thread to confirm two different things to two different people. GOD is just awesome!!

and I praise YHWH it is........ I have been going through so much spiritual warfare lately.. this is a shining light in the midst of all this drive from the enemy to make me insane because I choose to serve YHWH...
