Yet ANOTHER question about roller setting

By the time, I get to most sections of my hair, it is barely damp if not dry already.

Do I have to dampen the entire section of hair or just the ends?

I would dampen all of the section. I would especially pay attention to the ends because that is going on the roller. You can get away with spraying less on the whole hair, but I would still try to have my hair more than a little damp.

Start out by 'not' towel drying your hair. I put a towel on my shoulders cause my hair is dripping with water as I set it. If it does dry, wet the entire length of hair(not just the ends) for better results.

I also don't towel dry my hair. Dripping wet hair is the best start for roller setting imo.
