Wow, it's gorgeous. The braid method is definitely working for you. Can yo share yor regimen and products with us please? thanks :)

Fortunately or unfortunately I don't really have a very strict regimine. I've been a member since March and I'm still trying out products. I love ORS Replenishing Packs which I use once a week for deep conditioning. Sometimes I leave it in for 24 hours and wear a nice headwrap with big earrings to work. I pre-poo with LeKair Cholesterol and EVOO and I mostly rollerset with a mix of Garnier Fructis leave in end strengthener, Mizani H20 Intensive Night Treatment, and seal with a good oil (Right now just using up my Keracare Essential Oils for a sealent) and then setting with rosemary and lavender water on magnetic rollers. Also from a previous post:

I do a little bit of the Crown and Glory with the braids One of the best things I learned how to do in college was braid my own hair!!! I will get a relaxer then wait to braid my hair after 8 weeks and then leave the braids in for about 4 months. Then I take them out wait a week and get a relaxer. I've followed this cycle twice so far in the past year but I decided to give my hair a break from braids and so I just stretched my relaxer to 3 months using a lot of protective styling, a little baggying, and mostly rollersets for the latter half of the stretch. I have been taking 2 Nioxin tablets and 2000mg of Biotin daily for the past 2 months as well.

I hope this helps!

it looks great. I tend to slack off because my hair really doesn;t do much but look fresh like yours

VERY NICE! I hope to get there soon- by OCT!
I am new so i'm kinda lost in translation with the lingo and all the abbrevs.

So you did this with braids or the crown and glory method (which .. ha i dont' know what that is either) ?
