After about a year and a half of wrapping my hair at night I think it has thinned out my hair on one side and the ends. So now I'm trying flexi rods and a scarf. Has anybody had any problems with flexi's?

Unfortunately I am unable to sleep in rollers of any kind. I am side sleeper. I try pincurls, but they frustrated the heck out of me. So I end up wrapping just a couple of nights/wk, and then do a low ponytail or just a bonnet the other nights (hair combed back). But all that to say I feel your pain...

I sleep just fine with flexi rods. No kind of wrapping can withstand my natural tossing and turning. If I just want a bump on the ends I comb all my hair back and up, put on a silicon rubber band (LOVE those things, they slide right out my hair and leave no crease!) apply end papers and put it all on a ginormous flexi rod.

I definitely learned this a bit too late when I was relaxed. The left side of my hair was significantly damaged. Now, it's flourishing even more than the right!
Good luck on your hair journey :yep:

I'm in a dry flexi set right now that I plan to sleep in. The easiest ones to sleep in for me are the purple rods. I haven't use any smaller, but the larger ones are a bit more uncomfy. I don't have any issues with them at all and curls last for a few days.
