girl, I am not good at measuring new growth but the only thing I can say is at first my hair was resting on my shoulders, now my hair covers my shoulder blades. I will get my daughter to measure the top of my shoulders to where my hair is now and I'll come back and tell ya as far as my regimen is I follow Carolyn Gray's regimen to a T. "The Black Women's Guide To Beautiful Healthy Hair in 6 Weeks". I use everything that she recommends in her book except her products. I haven't gotten around to trying her products yet and the Aveda products but I will add them soon...I wash/deep condition my hair every 3 days rotating between a moisturizing conditioner and a light protein treatment...under the heating cap for 30 minutes...and I wear my own hair pulled back into a ponytail with my ends baggied with little accessories 24/7...all day...errday...I take vitamins also and I try to drink plenty of water but I'm getting better because at first I wasn't drinking water at all...basically that is all I do I neva, neva, EVER...have my ends dry they're always baggied and as a result..I keep all the length I obtain
