Would you texturize your sons hair?

No. I personally dislike men with chemicals in their hair so I'd never do that to my son. And yes, it does look foolish.

Can we talk about her application technique? That was a mess. Just slapping the brush wherever on his head.

Hell naw! I believe doing that would cause your child to have hair texture issues. I saw a grown a** man with a relaxer just last week in Walmart. His pony tail was all chewed up on the ends it was beyond a hot mess. It was torched! :burning:

Even if its cut low it looks so fake to me. Kinda like when dudes were painting their hairlines on. :lachen:

No of course not, but I don't think chemically altered hair is the answer either. Especially if it's not put on properly, the kid could end up looking like a pimp LOL
I was just asking because a lot of people have been writing that this "fixes" the "issue". I like all types of hair on men as long as it is neat. Not really a fan of the bald with an outline look though.

Are ppl doing this in real life? :lachen: Terrible. I've only seen it in that silly image online (black man with that smirk on his face).

I like a guy with longer hair if it is in locs, braids, natural texture, etc. I am so not a fan of the Al Sharpton do :(

I don't think I would. I don't feel these chemical processes are necessary on children. These textuizer things look awkward on boys/men. If I ever have children and they are boys in my care never what they do as an adult is their business.

when i was in high school a group of guys at my school thought for some reason it would be cool to get texturizers...and a couple even got contacts...i guess they were going for the "pretty boy" look..and they looked zesty as hale. *3 snaps in a Z formation*:look:

but i would never put any chemical in any of my kids hair.
plus the lil boy in the vid's hair looked a mess. his mama oughta be ashamed :perplexed

I would never! I don't like it when it looks like men/boys "do" their hair, that includes . . .
*clears throat* chemicals, waves, braids, twists, dreads (unless your keith hamilton cobb), highlights, accessories, and hawks or puffs of any kind.
