I have wanted one of these for a while. First I didn't get it because I didn't have a place to put it. Then the LCL came on the scene and it was cheaper. I need to stop playing and get one. Just waiting for the right timing to not waste what I have and get my money and times worth of all my large purchases.

I do not recommend the LCL products. Previously, I had two LCL steamers and both gave me issues.

My cousin got a new Pibbs and she loves it. It is ceramic and does blow the hair around anymore. Perfect for wash n goes.

Over 10 years later Pibbs 512.... every time I pull it out it’s like the first time I ever used it.

May 2020 and still the same!

Pibbs sucks up like a tornado, instead of blowing down, like most driers, so idk... Is it going to dry her wash-n-go?

I use clips to hold my hair down..... but I'm not getting another dryer.

I hate the Pibbs for wng. My hair is longer now and doesn’t fit under the hood anymore. It leaves the bottom wet. I prefer using a blow dryer and diffuser.

The main difference I see is in the watts. The 512 is 900 watts and the 514 is 1100 watts.
