it looks like it vibrates. If you look at the massaging disk they look static
here is the description it doesn't say but I think rotating disk on the head would be a bad design

Ah, I see. It's battery powered. I'm still not sold though.

I have this one I bought in 2007 it still works great but I hate that I have to hold it on my head.
I am hoping the "mindcontrol" massager will allow me to massage my scalp hands free
I have one of these as well. Its cute but it doesn't work as well or feel as good as my fingers.

Yea, good point. If that is the case it might work ok on women with thinner hair but I don't see how it would vibrate effectively enough through a thick head of hair. But hey, maybe someone will try it and let us know
