Quick question, I love the recipe of Egg/Mayo/EVOO mixed together as a deep conditioner treament...do I have to follow this with a moiture conditioner? I've seen past posts that say yes when you use egg alone, but I'm curious if this is gentle enough to use alone because it has the EVOO.

In general, yes. Especially if you are protein sensitive.

I would say yes, though I am no expert. The protein can make your hair hard. And to be sure your hair doesn't break a conditioning treatment is necessary. You want to be sure that there is a balance with your protein and moisture. In my experience when using a mix similar to that, instead of EVOO I use honey, the hair afterwards feels too fragile to manipulate so I immediately conditioner. Just my opinion.
