Working out and keeping that fresh hair look

This is a good thread. I've started working out hard and my hair is usually soaked by the end, (gross, I know). Now I CW on Wed. and wash every saturday. When I get home from my workout I usually spray my hair with leave-in and use a heavy moisturizer. I haven't figured out what to do with my sweaty hair, but I'm determined not to let it stop my workouts.
 
I workout daily at home and wash my hair twice each week with Nexxus Botanoil (one pass of shampoo only per wash) and deep condition twice each week with Nexxus Humectress.

As I mentioned in another thread, I make sure a fan is blowing directly on me while working out so I'm not sweating so much. I wear a silk or satin scarf always.

What she said......This is what I do. Whatever style I am wearing, I wrap it up and workout. If it no longer looks good it forces me to condition wash my hair and style again...:) But I am fussy with my hair anyways. I really don't have to wash I just like to change it up twice a week...
