Hello ladies I transitioned six years ago and let me tell you that my initial transition failed because I listened to anti nappy/natural folks. In my second attempt to transitition I adopted a model that worked for me, the model included:

Prayer: I prayed that God would help me to really accept what he made
Support: I embraced support from loved ones and those within virtual communities like lhcf
Health: I strived to eliminate my chemical/relaxer dependancy
