Something similar almost happened to me back in '98. This was a time in my life when I used to get a lot of sew-ins. My friend did my sew-in and I told her to do it very tight because the hairdresser that I used before did it very loose and it was falling out. Boy oh boy, did she do it tight. On the bus ride home, I was crying and people were looking at me. As soon as I got in the door I went straight to the shower and let the water run through my hair to loosen it(I was NOT gonna take it out cuz it just looked too good! lol), my whole head was literally throbbing and my body was shaking violently. I loosened it some and took two ibuprofen and went to sleep and felt better when I woke up. I was seriously thinking about going to the ER that is how bad it hurt. That was the last time I got a sew-in weave because it shook me that bad.
