Lovely! It's nice finally finding something that WORKS huh?!

your hair progress is lovely! great job! i love it. very inspiring. :)

this is why i am transitioning too. my length seems to cap out at bsl with chemicals. i have to keep trimming due to thinning at the ends.

sooo i wanna know :

1. how long your transitioned?

2. did you trim or big chop?

3. your current regimen

4. your transition regimen

so get back in here and answer, answer!

Beautiful progress!

@ShawnC - Where does you hair fall when it's natural? APL or BSL?

Have you got any pictures of your hair when it's curly?

I do not have any pictures of my hair being curly but will add when I do. My hair falls between APL and BSL when curly.

Whats your Regimen?

1. I wash every 2 weeks using Shea Moisture Shampoo mixed with EVOO
2. DC with SE moisture conditioner w/ the white top
3. add KCKT as a leave in
4. Seal hair with whipped shea butter, cocoa butter, EVOO, Grapeseed oil, Jojoba oil, JBCO mix.

I am going to start washing with clay to see if that is a little less drying than with poo.

I do braids, twists, and buns 99% of the time. Protective styling was essential to retention.

1. how long your transitioned? 4 years

2. did you trim or big chop? I could not do the TWA so I did a transition.

3. your current regimen 1. I wash every 2 weeks using Shea Moisture Shampoo mixed with EVOO

4. your transition regimen I would flat iron every two to three weeks or do twist outs with spiral at the ends. They were like the s-curl rods but bigger.

Congratulations!
You were one of my long-term transition inspirations :yep:

Do you redo ps style every 2 wks with the wash?

You are truly an inspiration. Your hair is beautiful. I also transitioned for a little over 3 years and recently cut off 3-4 inches of relaxed ends - well, Reneice cut it for me which left me 1/2 inch from BSL.
