I am biting my frugal bullet and I am getting highlights done professionally. I tried dodging this one beautician for the simple fact I was trying to save money by going to someone else who was cheaper,but to make a long story short, I just ended up doing something really cheaper which was applying my own highlights. I didn't like my doings so back I went to this one beautician. She's really nice and professional so I don't mind paying what she asks. I will be out of 110.00, 70.00 for my highlights+style, and 40.00 for a pedicure. It's hard to find someone who is REALLY decent and cares about your hair, someone who works in a professional working environment and who carries themselves that way.
