Will you consider Hook dryer a bad heat for hair

I roller set weekly and would use the bonnet dryer for at least 30 minutes every week. Is it too much heat for the hair.

Some people go to the salon once a week and get rollersets or more complicated heat styles, so I personally don't see the big deal. Your hair will let you know once it's had enough though.

I dont think it is, I do the same thing (unless i have braids). I do mine on the medium setting (not high).

I don't think so. It's TONS better than blow drying once a week.
