Good heat vs bad heat

Is there such thing as good heat? I want to rollerset once a week and use my bonnet dryer. Is that good heat? I usually airdry all the time but using my bonnet dryer to get my hair at least 80% dry would cut down on how much time I spend on my hair. I'm thinking as long as I set it on low and use good moisturizers I should be ok.

Thanks ladies

Yes ladies please do tell, I have been wondering the same thing.
I use a hairdryer every three months when I go to the hairdresser for a relaxer, but I use a Heat cap for my deep conditioning every three days and may increase it to every two days since I am stretching and my roots stay soft the more I wash.
Is the heat cap enough heat for deep conditioning or should I invest in a dryer. I keep away from the hairdryer heat because I tend to have dry hair.
