Will Chi give my hair bounce???

hello, MY hair is in the 4s very kinky and stiff.. I'm relaxed about neck legnth. I'm just wondering what products I can use to give my hair some movement... I hate my stiff hair that just sits there

Will more movement come with more legnth?

If Chi products helps, which one should I get? Can I get the same results using Chi products with a ceramic flat iron?

Also are Ceramic flat irons good?
