Can you purchase this at your local BS shop? Is Sally's the only supplier?

You can typically find it in any beauty supply store. Sometimes they keep it behind the counter so if you don't see it; you should ask.

Believe it or not, i've seen ads for the product sale in the back of Essence and Ebony. But of course it was overpriced.

Girl practically every Chicago BSS has it. It's usually behind the counter/register. Are you on the South Side, North Side, or West Side?

My local Rite Aid sometimes carries it, but I get mine from Sally's (cheaper).
