I use lottabody for my rollersets. My hair comes out very shiny and soft. I always airdry my hair unless I am at the salon. I sleep in the rollers. I always get compliments on my roller sets.

One other question I'm not sure about. When you apply the lottabody and WG how do you prepare the concoction? Do you prepare the lottabody as it says on the bottle(dilute with water) and then add the WG or do you use straight LB (I would think it's too concentrated but just checking) and add WG, how much WG do you use? I am definitely interested in doing this set, do you think there's any hope for my 16 week post relaxer to come out a little straight? Thanks for the help!!!!

I tried this last night, I am just reading your post today. However, I did something a little different. I have 4a/b relaxed hair. I am eight weeks post relaxer. This is the longest I have gone without a touchup since I can remember. Anyway. I pooed and conditioned my hair on Tuesday night. I air dried in a ponytail over night and since it was a little damp, I blowed dried the Wednesday morning before work ( I did not want to go out with damped hair).

Wednesday night, I roller set my dry hair. I used WGO on my scalp and on the hair per the directions. I mixed the lottabody with water per the directions. I put the lottabody on the ends (about 2 inches up). This morning, my hair was very, very soft.

I decided to roller set on dry hair because I have dull hair...it is brownish red (my natural color) and kinky. When I roller set wet hair, it is way too curly and dry in the mornings even when I make sure I moisturize well before setting.

I used magnetic rollers rollers with snaps in the center and foam rollers with wrap paper on the sides (so that I can sleep in them)

Anyway this worked for me so that is the way I will do it from now on.
