Thank you for this, Shimmie. In a world that is so anti-believers in G-d, I'm heart-warmed by this. It's our season of Advent and we're preparing to welcome Him. Previously, I never truly cared about lighting Advent candles and whatnot, but I see it in a different light this year. I'm so grateful for where I am. I get the best gift of all and get to eat the most delicious, healing meal in the cosmos. If we don't appreciate His gift, what are we doing to His heart? We can celebrate football games and whatnot, but not get excited by His birth...onto His death and resurrection? To me, it's all together.
