Why so much heat!!!!!

I went to Ossma's on my lunch because I have been too lazy to wash my hair. Even though I said I wouldn't visit another one of these salon; I did!
Anyway, once I was washed, I deep conditioned. Then comes the blow drying, then the guy who styles, flat irons the hair. He then went over the hair piece before curling it with the curling iron. The poor hair doesn't stand a chance, a deep conditon treatment is a must when visiting these salons.

Yeah....that's how it is girlie. That's why I stopped going regularly...My curls were being stripped away. I like having some elasticity in my hair .

girl i agree, that's why you really have to pick and chose who you go to and even then, let them know what u will and will not tolerate done to your hair...

to answer your qst,the heat makes THEM look good, when someone see's st8 pretty hair, it draws them to ask who did it. More bus for the stylist.

Plus, most stylist LIKE str8 hair, so they do what they want, which is apply as much heat to get it. Trust me, this happens alot even when YOU tell THEM not to clip your ends or how much to clip...girl, dont get me started on that

yeah, i can't fool with osama, max, cleopatra, none of them anymore! my hair would not revert for like a month after i got it done! that wasn't working for me!
