Why can't I see smilies and pictures

I can't see smileys, pics, or any of the icons on my bro's computer. It's the weirdest thing, but I can see them on mine and most others. I think it does have something to do with the computer's settings.

YW Blosssssom I am trying to figure this all out now. It's irritating me so bad!

Bumping...because I figured out I can't see stuff b/c the Symantec Firewall is enabled. If I disable it while on the site I can see everything.
