Who's album has that BOMB baggy method in it?

I recall this one album, (I think she's a member here) who has convinced me to do the baggy method. She's relaxed and the way she does her baggies is she folds the bagged part inside of her hair then she covers it with the hair from the sides, then she clips the hair together. Who's album is that? I forgot.

Hey I was just thinking about that method. I LOVE that method. I'm going to wear that same style from September until the end of the year. YUP. Definitely BOMB.
