Just curious. Who all wears a texturizer in their hair and do you like or dislike it?

I have one, my pics are below. I am gonna go for another run at it, cause it still isn't straight enough for be to switch between curly/straight. I like my hair slightly better texturized that 100% natural. I ALWAYS wear my hair back, so it slicks back better and looks neater. It also detangles easier, uses alot less product, and gets less ashy-looking when it's dry.
On the flip side, I have to be very careful combing it, and I can tell it is not as elastic and tough as before. It also takes longer to dry (more porous) and the ringlets don't form as perfectly bouncy as before. They still LOOK ringletty, but they are not as fun to 'BOING' for me and other people.
Perhaps that is a good thing.

I texturized in June after 2 years natural and I like it. I did my first retouch this past weekend. I like the versatility I have now.

I always have the "show picture" feature off because I'm at work and I don't want to get caught looking at message boards. I'm going to "my home" right now to investigate.

The gallery has been down for quite some time. I had several pictures there. I'll see if I can get a picturetrail account or something and upload a couple of photos there.

The second picture was taken tonight. It's a little dark in here and although the camera flashed, it's not a very good picture.

I love the thickness which I miss from the relaxer but I must admit it's still horrible to have to sit through detangling!
