Who uses it mousse to rollerset? (or any other style)

What is it really? ( my dumb question for the day)
What is the difference b/w mousse and setting lotion? Meaning, how does it make your hair feel? Hard, soft, bouncy, shiny??
What brand do you use?
Is it drying????

Wow! Really? You had to order this right? Do you still use it?

I don't use mousse because it usually contains alcohol, which is super drying to my hair. I don't use any products with SD 40 alcohol in it, including gels and hairsprays.
