I've done searches but haven't found much info. on this line.....does that mean no one is a fan? I think somethings are good.....

http://www.fantasiahaircare.com/index.html

1-I would like to know which products you use?
2-how do you rate them? (between 1-10)
3-what's your review on the products, what did it do to you hair?what do you like, dislike?
4-If you dislike something......what other product gives you better results?

I'll start....

I use:

Hair polisher for Color treated/chemially damaged hair-

I like it because its thick but doesn't weight down my hair. I've used it on wet and dry hair...I prefer it on wet hair. It smells good ( that's important to me

, so I thought I'd mention it).....I've used others ( perfect for perms, and Placenta one) I'm pleased with this one.
Rate- 8

Hair Polisher Mist-
used this on dry hair, didn't realize I could use on wet hair. I like the way it smooths my frizzy ends and gives shine while being light weight. Like the way it tames my frizzies in humidty ( as a daily spritzing/finishing product)
Rate-8

Leave-in Hair and Scalp treatment
Discovered after reading raves from Tracy, brownrelaxedhair and I really like the way it detangles my hair. I was pleasantly surprised by a liquid, I thought my thick, coarse hair would laugh at the liquid but it "straightened up" instead. Made combing during my roller set easy. Similar to Pantene's spray on..but I did have a strange experience once, not sure if it was this product but my hair felt hard and I'm not sure if maybe I used too much or what. I like the vitamins and extras it is suppose to have in it.
I 'd rate it a 9

Oil Moisturizer....Hated it!!!!! sticky, oily yuck!
Keracare Jojoba Oil Moisturizer works for me.

TIA

Hair Polisher:
Love it!

I use this as a follow up to my leave in conditioner after washing and after my hair is pressed to keep it silky looking and pliable

Deep Penetrating Conditioner:
So-so

This conditioner didn't do that much for my hair. I get a lot more slip, strength and moisture out of Miss Key 10 en 1 or a similar thick conditioner.

Hair Polisher for color treated hair- I love it I give it a 9 on wet hair. It detangles and smells so good. I use at least a bottle a month. On dry hair I get the same lackluster results I always get.

I LOVED the Leave-in Hair and Scalp treatment. I can't tell you how many bottles I used to go through when I relaxed my hair. Made comb outs easy, and left a lot of natural sheen, now weight My favorite liquid leave in hands down.

100% Pure Tea

Love it, its a staple in my regimen. Works like a clarifier but without the stripped feeling. Leaves my hair smelling really sweet!

Hair polisher Solid Ice pomade

Its good. I dont use it anymore but when I did I used it as a soft gel. Its good for the "wet look", smells good too. I prefer my lets jam gel over this. I rate it a 7

I have three of the IC Fantasia Products:

1. P.M. Night Time Oil Treatment -- Love It! Makes my hair really soft the next morning & not greasy.

2. Deep Penetrating Creme Moisturizer. -- It's okay, really thick. It's like a hair masque. Still not sure how I like it because it's different. But it does make my hair really soft.

3. Leave-in Moisturizer (w/Aloe). I do like this one. It doesn't dry out my hair, but then again, I follow it up with almond oil. I like the fact that it has a sunscreen.

Hair polisher...love it like everyone said. I was so busy trying new products I forgot about restocking the polisher. On wet hair it is fantastic. Dry hair it depends.

I use the 'Leave-in Moisturizer' for extra dry hair with 'aloe complex'.

After I wash and condition my hair, I just pour some of this clear liquid in my hands and then I run them through my damp hair and combe through. Very soft and detangled.

I use these Fantasia IC prodcuts (LONG!) :

Silky Gel Activator Moisturizer - Great! Moisturizes my hair without the greasiness.

Anti-Frizz Gel - Thumbs up all the way! This is the ONLY gel that can lay down my edges. It does not contain any alcohol and doesn't leave my hair hard.

Hair Polisher Ice Pomade - Good. Use this with my braidouts-twistouts. Leaves my hair moisturized and enhances the slight curl that I have in my hair.

Leave in and Scalp Treatment w/Aloe - Again, another thumbs up! This really strengthens my hair and leaves it feeling good along with my scalp. I would recommend this to anybody.

Hair Polisher Mist - Love it! Gives my hair a nice sheen without leaving it greasy. Moisturizing as well.

I have used Fantasia products for years. There was a time when I was transitioning from a jheri curl to a perm and my hair was badly damaged. (The lady who was applying the curl to my hair never used any kind of conditioner or neutralizer! I was 13 and didn't know any better.

) My new hairdresser at the time suggested using Fantasia IC products to nourish my hair back to health instead of cutting all of my hair off. So, I used the products and kept my hair in a ponytail or bun. About 10 months later, I had thick shoulder length hair. I would recommend Fantasia IC to anybody!

I second the 100% Pure Tea as a clarifier, I really liked it and only paid $1.19 for a small bottle at the BSS.

Now it looks like Im gonna have to get the hair polisher..

I used the frizzbuster(is this by IC?) and didnt really like it...

I have used

IC Aloe Deep Penetrating Moisturizer - was just ok
Ice Pomade - gives me a nice wet look and is good for scrunching
Hair Polish- ditto to the raves everyone else gave.I have never tried it on wet hair though
Frizz Buster Gel -don't use it anymore.Does its job but makes my hair crunchy when I use too much.Has no effect when I use too little

cool everyone!

Tigerlily..I did the curl thing too when I was 13!!!

that's when I had to cut my shoulder length hair...(my mom had a cow!!!!!) ooo yeah, I coaxed my grandma into taking me to getting done........in order to get those darn rods in my head...then I hated the look after......

wow..I did it to myself though....then maybe a few months later I relaxed it!

Cream Moisturizing Deep Conditioner - nice product...leaves hair soft...but I can't find it easily so I've only purchased one jar

Ice Pomade - has mineral oil...worked nicely at first until it dried out my hair.
frown.gif

Hair Polisher Gel with Sparklites - nice, strong hold...but I wouldn't use it everyday b/c it does get hard

Frizz Buster (not ic) - great gel but has proteins and will get a little crunchy if too much is used. I used it for a whole year.

One bottle a month

, damn does your hair literally drink it up?
laugh.gif
.... Do u apply it to your wet hair when you are about to air dry? I remember you telling me about it at the last meeting. Is it heavy on your hair when it dries?

Yeah my hair drinks it. I apply it when it wet right before I put in Razacc Leave In. These two products are the only thing that allows me to be texturized. It isn't heavy on the hair at all. I apply it all the time, I need it to be ablr to comb my hair whether airdrying or rollersetting.

Nothing gives me shine on dry hair. I am currently looking into acidifying conditioners and retrying acv rinses.

CBG, Keracare sheen glossifier gives some mean azzzzzz shine!!!! It's a bit heavy for my hair though.

Yeah thats the one in talking about.
Really, no shine

, wow that stuff makes my hair literally bling like theres no tommorrow. I can't use it though b/c it always wieghs my hair down.

That is why I never review or rate shine products. I think it is an issue with my hair althought I can't figure out what exactly is wrong.

I use Fantasia IC 100% Pure Tea Shampoo. It does a great job at removing any buildup I may have. Plus it gives a little tingle on the scalp. I love how clean it gets my hair / scalp.

i use the braid spray. i guess its alright with the sheen. havent noticed any difference in itching.

I love the Fantasia Frizz Buster Gel-works great on my hair line when wearing drawstring pontails and when my hairline is not relaxed.
I have not used the Leave in and scalp treatments in months I have other leave in I prefer.

I currently use the Fantasia IC Leave-in Conditioner Treatment and the Ice Pomade.

Fantasia IC Leave-in Conditioner Treatment: * * * (3 stars out of 5)

~ To be honest I really haven’t noticed a difference in my hair since using this leave in treatment. The reason I give it 3 stars is because it really lays my hair down when it’s wet. I also dislike the smell so I mix it with some EVOO and Surge. One thing I can say about this treatment is that it contains a lot of vital ingredients including (Biotin, Amino Acids, Vitamins, etc). As far as a product that is better, I will be experimenting with Neutrogena Triple Moisture Leave-in cream soon and hopefully I will see a difference.

Fantasia IC Ice Pomade: * * * * (4 stars out of 5)

~ Now this stuff I love! The name says it all. It glides on my hair like ice and really accentuates my waves. It doesn’t dry my hair out either but it looks greasy when I’m out in the sun.

IC Fantasia Leave In Moisturizer w/Aloe - 10/10

IC Fantasia Reconstructor - 8/10

I love them both. I'm extremely faithful to the Leave In.

PM nightime treatment---AWESOME.....moisturized and soft
Tea tree intensive conditioner-great scalp stimulant and also helps with itching.

I've used some of their products. I didn't like any of them. The leave-in with the aloe has started to make my scalp itch like crazy. I liked it before but now it's rebelling against my scalp. The hair strengthener makes my hair too sticky. I definately have to wash my hair or else build up like you wouldn't believe. And this is just using very little of the product. I think this line is better suited for those with relaxed hair.

Hair Polisher Mist - Love it! Gives my hair a nice sheen without leaving it greasy. Moisturizing as well.

Ok see now... I had to bump this.....

I accidentally stumbled into the BSS today :look: for some small rollers (green) and I picked up the Fantasia IC Hair Polisher Mist along with some other miscellaneous items.

I am loving the major blingage!!! Had to share!!
