Congrats on your progress!! I just started using the Aveda Damage Remedy Shampoo and Restructuring treatment. My hair loves it!!

Great growth! And your ends look so lovely! Would you mind telling me how often you trim or if you trim at all? Also do you wear your hair in protective styles most of the time? And do you use a protein/moisturizing DC or both? (sorry about the interrogation, but I gots to know,
