Who here thinks they have reached their terminal length?

I was wondering if I am stalled at past APL or if I have simply reached my terminal length. I realize that the onlly way I will be able to know my terminal length is to never cut my hair for long enough to see when it actually stops.

Is there anyone here whose hair has stopped at a certain point and never gets any longer despite great hair conditioning practices and minimal/no breakage?

I feel that way, but I did BC as my hair was beginning to grow, so I don't know.......
