Are you getting the same results? I'm about to simplify my regimen big time and would like to hear from others who have done the same.
What is your old regimen vs. new regimen?
What have been your results?
Has anyone seen better results from simplifying?

. I had to pull myself away from the computer and get in touch with my own hair needs. I stopped rotating so many hair products on my hair and stopped piling everything on all at once. I use to add honey, peppermint oil and coconut oil to my deep conditioners, but i found that step to be unnecessary when I noticed my hair thrived, still, without a mixture of some sort. I use the conditioners straight the way they came. I now wash my hair once a week, deep condition once a week or sometimes every two weeks. I wear my hair down, enjoy it and bun it every now and then. I stay focused on my ends, moisturize it every other day and sometimes i seal it and other times I don't seal it with oil. I use coconut oil, only, by the way. I don't meddle with my hair much like I use to...I leave it be most of the time. I use biomatrix shampoo or cream of nature(green label) to keep it clean, deep condition with Affirm deep conditioner, or KBB moisture mask(use this once a month) or SE cholesterol.....these conditioners, I still rotate in between. I use Afroveda's cocoa mask to moisturize my hair or KBB's hair milk and hair creams.
I love these....they are the only products I believe I need now to keep my hair moisturized! My leave ins(when I do use a leave in) is lacio lacio....I swear by that stuff. This is simplified for me, because in the beginning, I was using every product under the sun
But I'm good now, lol.
