QUESTION ABOUT MICRO TWISTS

I JUST GOT MY HAIR DONE IN MICRO TWISTS AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME A REGIMEN ON HOW TO MAINTAIN THEM.

IF THERE IS ANYONE ON HERE WHO HAVE/HAD ANY TYPE OF BRAIDS/TWISTS WITH EXTENSIONS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOUR REGIMEN IS TO KEEP THEM LOOKING GOOD AND SMELLING FRESH AND CLEAN .

I made a mistake and wrote this in CAPs and tried changing this post to get rid of the CAPS but was not successful.

I also washed my hair and was not successful because my natural hair has made it extra puffy.

Are the twists with extenstions or your own hair? Grow afro hair long website has a good crown and glory regimen for hair.

Thanks so much! I checked out the website and it seems like it's best to use Infusium23 as a leave-in.

After I washed my hair, my hair felt hard so I think I may need a good conditioner to soften it.

What did you wash and condition your hair with? I use braidspray with my hair as well and switch between that and infusium.
