I would like to know who has been successful in this area? I was adviced to do a strand test first, and I plan to...But I would like to know the results from the ladies in the LHCF board ...Also, the pros/cons of doing this on the same day...Thanks ladies for your help in advance...

I have done it with success and I love it. In fact I'm planning on doing the same thing the end of this month. If you do a search for "henna treatment before and after a relaxer" by Softresses you will find that she has done it as well. I basically followed her instruction and it came out very well. I was afraid at first, but I was encouraged by the ladies here on the board and I went ahead and did it and I was very pleased.

FancyPants, Would you mind posting that link? I couldnt get it via the search option  Thanks!!

I was just about to ask this SAME question!

I would think that the color results would be more intense... since the cuticle is more receptive to color after a relaxer. I just worry about the PH being off.
