lol it must be so bad for me!

Hi my names's Erica and I'm a supplementaholic .... and a product junkie too  I went to the hair store today - thats the 3rd time in a week - meaning to buy some s-curl spray. I left with the s-curl spray, a tailcomb, 2 packs of rollers, gotta get the pins too, some other bobby pins and that elasta QP mango butter I said I wasn't gonna get because I'm getting the unrefined shea and the elasta costs £5.99. :perplexed Add to that the fact that I also went to go buy some royal jelly because it's good for hair growth, I'M ALREADY TAKING 7 SUPPLEMENTS: cod liver oil and multivitamins, iron (the multivitamin has no iron in it), zinc (it doesnt have zinc either), biotin, msm, flaxoil and silica and I want to take more? I'm absolutely crazy, so seeing as I put the hair stuff on my creditcard I said no to any more supplements and went home.

I can't be the only one like this, is there anyone else battling the urge to tryn new supplements???

Um me, girl that sound like me in the bss to get one thing and get to the counter and have to go back down the aisle to add what I really came to get. Another thing is I'll be in there for more than an hour reading labels, ingredients. My husband told me not to bring anymore products in the house that I have more products than the bss (LOL) and that my hair outta be dragging the ground or somewhere on the ground from falling out(LOL). I took over the cabinets under the sink in our bathrm and some of the space under the kids cabinet. not to mention the hall closet w/ my containers of rollers and more hair products.I do have @ least 5 product lines that I'm narrowing down to .(LOL) I'm also a SJ( supplement junkie) I'm now taking GNCs Ultra Mega multivitamins, Solgars Biotin and MSM, GNCs Chromium Picolante, GNCs B50 complex , VitaminShoppe Zinc, Folicure hair vitamins, Rexall Flax, fish, borage oil, Ginkgo Biloba. I think that's all. Was taking also L-carnitine, Vitamin C, Coral calcuim and probably something else I can't remember but ran out and didn't buy more. Oh I got some Silicia to but was waiting til I finished the haiar vitamins( which will be 2morrow). I still got more supplements I want to try,but since I got soo many I'm chillin . I want to try different multi and some MSM powder and Ester C to go w/ powder.
Yea, I know I need help, but they just keep calling me!!!
