Yep I am ashamed to confess that:
I've not tied my hair up every night (sheer laziness, my hubby actually likes my scarf, strange bro!) I used to be soooo good about this!
I've not been good to myself with my diet so my hair and skin has been paying the price... vitamins, wot vitamins?!
2005 - I used heat on my hair about 4-5 times though I know my hair thrives best without it
Didn't wash my hair as often as I coulda...
Protective styling fell by the wayside
Oh well... here's to a disciplined 2006... at least I haven't used heat since around Oct 2005 and been better at tying up my hair at night. Plus I am resisting food that is bad for me.
Any other naughty sistas out there?
Anyone?

My hair tangles terribly and I lose so much more hair when I do that. Even with my large toothed comb I've found that I have to detangle the newgrowth first with short strokes, placing my hand flat on the section for support. Then I detangle the rest of the relaxed hair separately- again rarely from the bottom up. This is true especially deep into my relaxer stretches. It works very well for me and I never lose much hair at all! I guess I haven't really been a "bad girl" though because I am still in hair preservation mode
-- just going about it in the way my own hair prefers.
Now I don't feel guilty anymore! It really is the only way I can detangle properly
me!
