Who actually got their M.R.S degree in college?

I was just wondering who actually dated their SO/husband in college? What year did you meet? Undergrad or Grad? And if you met in college, but did not date until after, a rekindling of sorts, that's fine too. How did the "rekindling" come about?

I was a bit of a late bloomer and don't think I've dated as much as I should while I've been in college. I don't think I really even seriously started thinking about dating until sophomore year when other girls had already been slicing up Pillsbury cookie rolls for their men since the 5th grade. I do sometimes feel as though I'm neglecting my love life for my education, which I guess makes sense because I am in college after all, but still....

I wish. And I hate when people say things like if you don't find someone in college, you're doomed and/or if you don't meet anyone in college, something is wrong with you because it's so easy. Not all of us will be blessed with this opportunity. I just finished undergrad and didn't really date. Many of the black boys had commitment issues and the white boys weren't interested. I hope grad school is better.

Those that got their Mrs. Degree, are there factors that you think helped contributed to your success? Like do you think going certain organizations, doing certain activities often (like study groups), having certain personality traits, being a certain major, having a lot of guy friends, etc etc led to you finding your SO in college?

I don't have a Mrs. Degree - yet, I'm still in college so anything is possible lol - but I got my first SO in college.

I met my husband in college. I guess the only thing I can say was that I knew what I wanted in a mate. I knew that I wanted to get married at some point so I kept that in mind as I was dating. Other than that I didn't do anything special. We just met randomly on campus.

I met dh in college as well we were both 19 and a friend of mine introduced us and we hit it off immediately. After 10 min of talking we were making out and by the end of the night were decided to b exclusive. A day later we had our first date we dated for 3 yrs and next month will b our 6 yr wedding anniversary. I think those who r trying to date in college should just strive to b open to meeting potential suitors in "unconventional" ways. Cuase noone ever thought the way we met would EVER lead to a mairrage I mean the first complete sentance he ever spoke to me was,"oh u have a belly button ring, can I lick it?" Till this day we still laugh at our drunken antics
