hi ella, i just answered her ticket. I overlooked it the other day when i answered the other tickets.
I looked at her profile and her subscription does not expire until 11-15-08, therefore i suggested that she try clearing her cookies, and then logging back on. If that does not work, she can try to access the website from a different computer.
The last thing that I can do is change her password for her manually, then I could send her the password via email. But she would have to email me if she wants to try that.
If those things do not work I offered to give her a refund. Since the problem is not on our end, it is not much more that i can do.
