, its me trying to fight with my own texture based on what i think looks good on me, is what is hindering my growth... if i could just leave it alone, it would be fine, and just a matter of time.

I would have to say LENGTH~
Although my texture is not the easiest to manage, I know from viewing the simple regimens of long haired natural ladies w/ similar textures to mine (Sonce aka Kemi21 aka Aijo; Sera252, etc,etc) that it gets easier!
But honestly if I were asked this question before I found the albums of successfully long-haired 4B naturals, I would have without a doubt voted for TEXTURE, specifically in the 3C-4A range LOL!!

lenght!!! i love my texture but if i could be BSL right now and i can intantly grow out my heat damage that would be heaven.

texture for me. i'm currently transitioning and haven't seen my natural texture in YEARS, so i can't wait till i'm all natural! then i'll worry about the MBL BAA
