cause weight gain? I am slowly starting to incorporate vitamins into my regimen but I am also trying to lose weight so I was wondering if you guys can tell me which vitamins cause weight gain.
Actually, almost any vitamin can cause weight gain if you let it, it's really up to you. You might notice an increase in appetite but excercising, water, and taking a little less of the vitamin can keep that under control.

I've noticed that a lot of the vitamins are actually supposed to help your metabolism, like the B vitamins,and evening primrose. But exercise is definitely necessary, and you should up your water intake and try to watch your calories. If you do the above things, I don't think any vitamin will fatten you up. (okay, I'm going to pin this reply to my refrigerator).
